Yesterday, Gordon was very wisely keeping his back to that disastrous light in the small activity room (it’s not his fault!) and beginning on the job of booby-trapping the site to keep visitors at bay:

Now, I have to get on with the job of building that barbecue.  Don’t forget that you are extremely welcome to join us for burn-up with sausages on our informal fairground next to the centre this evening.  I’ll be there from about 4pm and Anna will be bringing sausages at about 5pm.

Be aware that this is a friendly, informal event – personal safety will be entirely up to ourselves.  Bring chairs and whatever you want to drink.  The local shop sells wine and beer as well as soft drinks.
