Welcome to Dean Court Community Association

What’s new in 2022?!

Well, what a year 2021 has been! We are very grateful for all the support that has enabled us to:

  • install solar panels on the roof of the building
  • re-open the centre after the 3rd national lockdown and get up and running again
  • hold our Community carol event once more, with more people than ever before, socially distanced, of course ūüėČ

In 2022, we look forward to welcoming you back to the centre for many more activities and events (see the calendar to the right), all the while following the latest safety guidance. You will be welcome at Community Coffee or Court Crafting, you might like to start a new fitness routine at Yoga, Bounce or Capoeira, or relax with some Accupuncture… Maybe you have a little one who would love Baby Ballet, or perhaps you fall into the “more mature” bracket and would enjoy coming along to Strength and Balance or U3A? If you’d like to try volunteering, Brownies can make good use of your time, or if you’d just like to find a welcoming group to be part of, St Andrew’s Church meets here on a Sunday. Whoever you are, we hope there’s something for everyone at the Community Centre- even puppies!

We are also pleased to continue to host the Randox drop boxes, for delivery of PCR tests. These are located on the bike racks at the left hand end of the centre as you look at it.

In the meantime, we wish you a wonderful Christmas break and a healthy and happy New Year!

Dean Court Community Association was founded by a group of local residents with a shared vision: establishing a community second to none. How do we do this? By running a first-class community centre and holding events where people can get to know each other.
