What’s On

Dean Court Community Centre is a veritable hub of activity. We hope this page inspires you to visit and to try out what we have on offer!

Regular Activities

Please find our main activities below, along with clubs we host.

Community Breakfast

Held on the last Sunday of the month (except Easter, summer and Christmas), our Community Breakfasts are the perfect place to get together with friends and family. Our wallet-friendly menu  features brunch favourites such as bacon butties, egg rolls, waffles and toasties; fresh coffee and Sunday papers are always available too, for that perfect Sunday morning feeling.

Our main hall is given over to our younger breakfasters with games, toys and crafts. The Orange Room is a more civilised affair, where you can sit back and relax with the papers for a bit.

We always welcome new volunteers to join us, so if you can spare a couple of hours then please get in touch [link to contact us page] or email our Volunteer Coordinator, Julie, [Julie.deancourtcc@gmail.com] to find out more.

Community Coffee

Join us on Wednesdays in the Orange Room between 11 am and 12 midday for proper coffee, tea and homemade cake.  Whether you’ve lived in Dean Court for decades or are new to the area, we invite you to come along and meet your neighbours. Please note that Community Coffee runs in term-time only.

Court Crafting

One for our crafty residents! This friendly group meets on the first Wednesday of each month in the Yellow Room. Whether you sew, knit, fold or stick, come along between 7.30 and 9.30 pm to work on your project in like-minded company.  The session costs £3 to include refreshments. Just turn up or email …..@gmail.com for more information.
