You have to take your hat off to the two Gees.  Gordon professes disappointment with the progress made, but considering there have been only he and Graham on site this week (and only Gordon before that) I think the progress has been extraordinary.

The footing trenches for both the western and the eastern extensions are almost completely dug out.  I am impressed that  the lines are so straight, the drains have been avoided and that tomorrow there will be another huge load of spoil to be disposed of.  Concrete should be poured next week.
