Spurning my offers of help, the G-men have been hacking out doorways.  Here, we are standing in the Youth Room on the eastern wing, looking north through a new doorway into the corridor.  The loos will be on our right, with a store room and an extra little activity room on our left.

From the south (below) we are looking back at the doorway to the Youth Room.  On the right, where the brick has been exposed, will be the doorways to the new Activity Room (nearest the camera) and the store room.

I have it on good authority that next week the possibility of a moat will be no longer, as the trench will be filled with concrete.  Ah, well, it was a nice fantasy.
