To say that local yoga expert Hazel’s classes are popular is like saying that Anna makes quite a good cup of tea and Neil’s fairly keen on the environment.
Hazel’s Wednesday evening class has been full for ages and thanks in part to the great response she got at the opening weekend she is starting a brand new class.
There is even a special beginners class on Wednesday this week to introduce you.
New Class and times for Yoga on Wednesday
A great way to start yoga, with other new joiners and beginners in small group on Wednesday 28 May at 6.15pm. Then join the new classes times starting on 4 June at 5.45pm or 7.15pm. The Beginners class will be a slower pace to learn basics and familiarise with sequences and hand-outs to work from. The later class will be more dynamic but still mixed ability with modifications given.
All the Yoga classes include
· Learn asana (poses), rebuild stamina and strength working with our flexibility
· Use breath and pranayama techniques to calm and empower
· Guided relaxation and introduction to stillness
