Day 82: Your reporter faces a real challenge here . . .

. . . because Gordon and Nick have just not been doing anything glamorous at all.  Nick has finished tidying up the filling over the steel upright very nicely, but you can’t call taking up old screed exciting:

And I’m not going to show you a picture of a shuttered building, because there is a limit to how many times anyone can find shuttering going up and being taken down again interesting.  This time it is in preparation for plastering because you don’t want the rain getting on to wet plaster.

Unfortunately, it means you won’t be able to get a good view through the building on Fun Day, but no doubt it will make it all the more exciting when we finally open.

And whatever you do, don’t forget to come on Monday – it’s going to be a FUNDAY!

    1. It won’t be a club again, because from experience you will probably know that a permanent bar run by volunteers just means loads of work for the same few people! But it will certainly be a great place to meet your mates, so maybe set up a regular meeting in one of the activity rooms?
