Day 56: Making jigsaw puzzles and drystone walls

Building the block work up to fit the roof profile is the kind of job I’d really enjoy and I suspect Stuart would be very good at making jigsaw puzzles, or at dry stone walling:



This is the roof line of the new children’s room.  Turning my back on last night’s debris round the picnic table, I’ll show you the view from the playground. . .


. . . but honestly, lads,  if you’re old enough to drink Strongbow, you’ll old enough to clean up after you!  And this is the last time I’ll be doing it for you!

(Oh, that parental habit is a hard one to break . . .)
